Our fitted Thatcham S5 tracker costs £349, plus £10.99 per month for monitoring. The initial checkout total is £359.99 when the first monitoring month is included. At the current rate, the complete first-year cost is £480.88 and the three-year total is £744.64.

What is included in our fitted S5 package?
Our S5 combines vehicle tracking with Automatic Driver Recognition. A driver tag helps the system recognise authorised use, while 24/7 monitoring provides a response service alongside the app. The package includes the device, driver-recognition equipment and professional fitting; monitoring is charged separately.

After fitting and activation, you receive the installation certificate. Buying the device or booking an appointment is not the same as having the completed certificate.
Monthly monitoring or prepayment?
Choose the payment method that suits your budget. The current prepaid options use the same £10.99 monthly equivalent: one year is £131.88, two years £263.76 and three years £395.64. A longer prepaid period does not currently mean a discounted rate.
Comparing S5 quotes fairly
Compare the complete package over the period you expect to keep the vehicle. Ask each supplier for the fitted device price, monitoring charge, included driver tags, extra-fob price and any renewal or transfer charges. A promotional device price is not enough to establish the cheapest overall option.
Our standard S5 is £349 fitted. At £10.99 per month, monitoring adds £131.88 over one year or £395.64 over three years. Optional fobs increase the upfront total; select them on the product page to see the amount due before checkout. Check current supplier prices directly rather than assuming an older comparison remains valid.
S5 or S5 Plus: pay for the protection you need
S5 adds Automatic Driver Recognition to tracking. Movement without a recognised tag can raise an alert for investigation; standard S5 does not itself prevent the engine starting. Our standard S5 Plus package adds compatible tag-operated No Tag, No Start protection. S5 Plus describes an enhanced package, not a separate Thatcham certification category.
If your policy requires S5, S7 is not a substitute. If it also requires immobilisation or names a particular device, confirm the exact package with your insurer. Acceptance and insurance discounts are not guaranteed.
Fitting, activation and your certificate
Provide your vehicle details, fitting postcode and preferred dates when configuring the order. We confirm compatibility and the fitting appointment; requested dates are preferences until agreed. Does paying upfront reduce monitoring costs?

Can I add another driver fob?
Yes. One fob is included; the configurator offers one extra fob for £40 or two extra fobs for £80. Review the updated total before ordering.
